The MoDeSty system offers a versatile solution for creating protective barriers, bunkers, checkpoints, and houses, addressing diverse needs in military conflicts, counterterrorism efforts, and protection against other threats.
Designed to be compatible with one another, these modules enable the construction of complex structures from simple elements while serving multiple functions.
The ability to customize individual parts allows for the creation of designs of different resistance classes based on specific safety requirements and in accordance with the NATO standardization agreement (STANAG).
Resistance classes | A3 | A4 | A5 |
Height range | 0,5–3 m | 0,5–3 m | 0,5–3 m |
Width | 1,3 m | 1,3 m | 1,85 m |
Overall wall width | 0,3 m | 0,3 m | 0,6 m |
Volume of 3D concrete | 0,32 m3 | 0,32 m3 | 0,5 m3 |
Volume of filling | - | Sand 0,2 m3 | Gravel 4–8 mm 0,45 m3 Reinforced concrete 0,25 m3 |
Time of printing | 20 min | 20 min | 30 min |
Transport weight | 800 kg | 800 kg | 1700 kg |
The ballistic protection of the individual elements has been verified in certified testing laboratories. The combination of sandwich construction with several layers of a customized concrete mix and sand or gravel has proven to be an effective protection.
Additionally, they can seamlessly integrate with other equipment such as gates, barriers, and security cameras, providing enhanced flexibility and adaptability in deployment.

We printed the first fortification for a NATO airbase. The Czech Army is currently implementing our modular fortification system at the military base in Čáslav. Our delivery consists of two defensive objects that will provide the garrison with defensive points in case of an unexpected attack, air raid or other similar threat.
Our initial goal was to build civilian structures, but after the attack of Russian aggressors on Ukraine in February 2022, we developed MoDeSty - a modular defence system - within a few months and delivered it to Ukraine in May 2022. Our continuous development enables the construction of 3D printed buildings and 3D printed defence structures.
We offer our solution to both military and civilian entities.
Contact us and we would be happy to introduce our solution to you in person.
