| How the course works | Theoretically and practically we will learn about basic lean methods (process mapping, root cause search, SMED). You will then apply the knowledge you have gained to your chosen process under the guidance of the lecturer. In this way, you will try to go through the entire improvement process from start to finish so that you are not caught off guard by any unexpected obstacles in your next effort. |

He specializes in process improvement, cost reduction using LEAN Six Sigma methodology, people and team development. He focuses on manufacturing, supply chain, planning, purchasing, project and change management (has managed over 30 projects). He has worked in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Finland and other countries.
His achievements include building and leading lean and purchasing teams, implementing business and production planning (S&OP) in two manufacturing plants with more than 1,000 employees, implementing lean manufacturing (Lean) in three companies (5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen), mentoring and coaching manufacturing, purchasing managers and planners. Achieved annual savings in three months in a European purchasing project.
