| How the course works | First, we will discuss the theory of lean thinking, what it means and why it is good to apply it. This will be followed by a practical practice of the discussed theory on two test processes. The course also includes inspirational videos and demonstrations of how lean works well in practice. |

He specializes in process improvement, cost reduction using LEAN Six Sigma methodology, people and team development. He focuses on manufacturing, supply chain, planning, purchasing, project and change management (has managed over 30 projects). He has worked in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Finland and other countries.
His achievements include building and leading lean and purchasing teams, implementing business and production planning (S&OP) in two manufacturing plants with more than 1,000 employees, implementing lean manufacturing (Lean) in three companies (5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen), mentoring and coaching manufacturing, purchasing managers and planners. Achieved annual savings in three months in a European purchasing project.
