Some of them are necessary for the functioning of the site, but you can decide about others.
Beginnings are not easy. But we'll make sure they are. We'll show you how to turn an idea into a working program.
For whom the course is intended | For companies and individuals who can apply for our course through the application of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and apply for a subsidy of 82% of the total price of the course. |
Course length | 5 days + 1 day for preparation |
Technology | Siemens 1500 |
What I will learn | PLC basics and program creation in LAD and FBD languages. |
Description | You can do this course without any previous experience. An electrical or programming background is an advantage. You'll go from zero to expert in 5 days. We will introduce you to the basics of programming, the TIA Portal and you will also create your first program. We will then test it with practical examples. |
Entry level skills | You do not need to have any experience with PLC programming. |
How the course works | First we will go through everything theoretically and then on a practical example independently. |
What you will need | A suitable computer. See the requirements. TIA Portal V16 installed. We recommend using a virtual PC where you install TIA Portal. You will need two monitors to view the presentation/pattern and the program. And you will find it easier to work with a mouse. You can certainly handle the installation and setup of the computer yourself. But if you don't know how to do it, we can help you during the day we have set aside for preparation. |
Use in practice | You can translate an idea into a working program. You connect to the PLC and diagnose its status. You will independently create and debug a program in the basic languages LAD and FBD. |
During his studies he started working in an IT company that started with industrial automation. Most of them were single-purpose machines using the Omron system. Among their customers was, for example, ÚJV Řež. At ICE he went from small and fast to complex projects, from single-purpose machines to large automotive lines for TPCA or Scania. He works on projects alone, as a team member, but also as a team leader.
He has been training programmers for over seven years. Whether colleagues on projects or newcomers in their first weeks in the company.
