We designed and delivered an automated robotic assembly line for e-mobility parts. The line consists of several separate stations that connect the ABB robots. The core process stations are the application of the fastener, crimping and nailing. The line is designed to be operated by a single operator.

We have developed a complex gripper for part handling that uses different gripping methods (suction bars, folding side grippers) at certain stages of the production process.
The gripper is equipped with a camera system to guide it precisely to remove the part.
