Assembly of electronic components for e-mobility

We supplied a fully automatic assembly line that produces a total of 3 variants of parts containing electronics. 

The line is connected to the customer's MES system, which monitors the material flow and results of individual operations at each station. We know what operations are in progress at any given moment.

Main technological steps:

• Applying the paste 
• Laser Ribbon Bonding 
• Hot Air Riveting
• Final test (EOL test station)
• Pin inspection in the connector

• 5x ABB robot
• Camera systems Keyence VS
• Keyence profilometer
• The line includes technological stations - paste application (2x), PCB pressing, laser ribbon bonding, thermal riveting 
• Laser Marking FOBA
• The line is designed for ESD environment
• The line includes output inspection - EOL, pin inspection
• Siemens control system

The robot is equipped with a multi-gripper for handling different types of parts. The gripper is equipped with cameras for control and camera guidance of the robot.
