Automatic machining lines for gearbox parts

For our customer, we have delivered several machining lines that manufacture and inspect parts for truck gearboxes. 

The line is versatile and capable of producing several types of products. It integrates several CNC machines, and all part handling is done by robots or conveyors. The operator only loads boxes with semi-finished products and transports out boxes with finished and inspected products. Vision systems are also used on the line, such as a camera system (bin picking) for guiding the robot when picking workpieces at the input, or a camera-based quality control of the machined parts.
