Electrical fitter mechanic

For our projects abroad we are looking for new members to join our team - electrical fitters who want to practice their English or German and go out into the world with us.

You will install and commission projects all over the world - mostly in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Sweden and other countries. Travelling for projects is a big part of the job, but we also have projects in the Czech Republic. The length of the trips is in the order of weeks.

Our customers include major companies such as Daimler, Volkswagen, Scania, Voith and others. Our job is to develop and deliver a complete solution for a production line or machine, pre-install it on the shop floor, develop the control software for PLCs, PCs and robots and then install and bring it all to life at the customer's site.

Electrical fitter mechanic

We are looking for experienced automation supervisors and enthusiastic graduates who are expected to:

  • You will also work on foreign projects, so you should know at least one foreign language (AJ or NJ) at least at B1 level.
  • Experience in the installation or production of automated production machines and lines is a great advantage, but it is more important for us that you fit in with us humanly.
  • You have a certificate of professional competence (according to Decree No. 50/1978 Coll.).
  • You have the desire to work and earn well.

  • A good mood, a sense of humour, a sense of teamwork and a positive attitude towards alcohol can't hurt either. :-)

We've got a good job for you, the rest is up to you

  • You'll work on cutting-edge high-tech projects that make sense.
  • You'll earn 30-40 000 CZK as a fitter and 40-70 000 CZK as a chief fitter.
  • You will install the electrical part of our machines in one of our halls or install them at customers around the world.
  • We organise various joint activities (work and leisure), and you will also receive training courses and training.
  • Your work will be facilitated by a company mobile phone, a laptop and the possibility of having a company car for private use.

And what does it look like in our installation team?

The installations team is the second largest team in ICE with almost 40 members. You will find mechanical and electrical fitters, a switchboard manufacturing team, and even bricklayers who work on 3D printing of buildings.

The strategy of the team is jointly formed by three experienced fitters František, Kuba and Tomáš. They are dedicated to the development of the team and its individual members, recruiting other skilled fitters or working with students. Their joint effort is to pass on their know-how and build the next generation of experienced fitters and leaders. 

Because development and growth is really important to us, this strategic team also has a navigator, Pavlína, who regularly meets with the people in the team to develop their soft skills. 

We're not afraid to put our trust in junior fitters too, who have the opportunity to grow really fast at ICE. Both within the team and in between.
